Managaha Island

Managaha, a very small island in Saipan's lagoon, is definitely the one destination that always makes everyone's MUST-DO list when planning a trip to Saipan! And it is easy to see why. The island is surrounded by clear, blue, shallow waters, teaming with sea life, making for an excellent snorkeling adventure. Its beaches are wide and filled with soft, white sand. There are covered barbecue pavilions spread around the outer edges of the island, all connected by a common trail that circles the island. The rest of the island, its interior, just gives you the feel of being on the beach on the edge of a tropical jungle! It is like an amazing vacation dream!

Getting to Managaha is simple, as there are several different tour companies on island that run ferries to the island. While on Managaha, the options for having fun are plentiful. There is beach volleyball nets set up, snorkeling gear for rent, and a few different food and barbecue options. And you will be glad for the delicious food options available, because you can work up quite a hunger by mid-day out in that tropical sun! There is also a small convenience store carrying beach supplies, just in case you may have forgot something back at the hotel.

Don't miss this stop! This will be one of the most fun and memorable excursions of your trip, and its many stunning photo opportunities make for great memories!
